Moderate to strong winds caused by the northeast monsoon will prevail throughout the country, especially in Northern Luzon. Its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Fishing boats and other small seacraft were particularly advised not to set sail into the sea, while larger sea vessels were alerted against big waves due to strong winds associated with the northeast monsoon.
Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms.
While Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
Based on the PAGASA's extended four-day weather forecast, Metro Manila will have partly-cloudy skies until Thursday.
