CEBU property developer Oakridge Realty Development Corp. (ORDC) opened on Dec. 9, 2019, a refurbished three-story Oakridge IT Center 1 (OITC 1) within Oakridge Business Park, bringing in more office spaces, including curated retail and dining options.
The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (Peza)-registered OITC 1 adds another 4,300 square meters of leasable space within the park. The OITC 1 ground floor caters to food and retail tenants. Among its current locators include Chachago, Golf Park and Mimosas, a new concept dining outlet offering brunch and beverages. More dining and commercial spaces are set to open in the next few months.
The second and third floors, which total about 4,000 square meters of leasable space, space, are ideal for offices of Peza-registered locators. The third level, in particular, is already semi-furnished, which makes it ideal for future locators to move in the soonest.
Last July, ORDC launched the 12-story OITC 3, adding 14,000 square meters of leasable space to the ever-growing commercial property inventory of the company.
