Pablo joins Petro Gazz

FORMER Most Valuable Player (MVP) Myla Pablo is joining Petro Gazz, bolstering the Angels’ title campaign in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).

This is Pablo’s third team in the PVL after stints with Pocari Sweat and then, Motolite before the latter decided to take a leave of absence from the league.

The former three-time Finals MVP award-winner will now have plenty of weapons to work with former NCAA MVP and Cebuano ace Grethcel Soltones and Ces Molina.

Pablo is a proven winner who helped steer Pocari to the PVL crown way back in 2017. Petro Gazz needs her leadership and skills if they are to stand atop the peak of the mountain once again, which they did in the 2019 Reinforced Conference.

The Angels are tipped to be one of the contenders in the upcoming PVL Open Conference which is slated to start this summer at the Inspire Sports Academy in Calamba, Laguna.

Aside from Pablo, Petro Gazz has also signed up decorated libero Kath Arado, wing hitter Mean Mendrez and middle blockers Remy Palma, Ria Meneses and Seth Rodriguez. (JNP)
