PBA teams can start gaining some sense of normalcy as they have been given clearance to practice in different venues in Pampanga in the hopes of returning to game action for the resumption of the 46th season of the Philippine Cup.
"While still awaiting for the formal approval of play resumption, the PBA teams will already start practicing Tuesday," shared PBA commissioner Willie Marcial on the league’s official website.
Three different venues will be used by the PBA teams, namely AUF Angeles City, Beverly Place in Mexico and Colegio De Sebastian in San Fernando.
Teams are anxious to return to playing regular games since the tournament was halted earlier this month in response to the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the National Capital Region.
"I would have to say excited would be an understatement right now in regards to us getting our season resumed," said Rain or Shine coach Chris Gavina. JNP
