DESPITE the ongoing pandemic, the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) will hold a series of coaching licensing courses in October and November.
The PFF will offer PFF ‘C’ Coaching Certificate and PFF ‘B’ Diploma courses.
There will be three ‘C’ Coaching Certificate courses—one for Luzon on Oct. 21 to 26, one for the Visayas on Nov. 2 to 7 and another on Nov. 11 to 16 for Mindanao.
The ‘B’ Diploma course will be on Nov. 21 to 30.
The courses are divided into two parts. The first part will be theory sessions, which will be done online, while the second part will be practical sessions, which will be done as soon as the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) allows the resumption of on-site football activities.
“The continuous development of quality coaches remains as one of PFF’s main thrusts to spur the growth of the sport in the country despite the ongoing pandemic,” PFF general secretary Edwin Gastanes said on PFF’s official website.
“We invite all interested applicants to take the PFF Coaching Certificate Courses to reinforce their coaching knowledge and capabilities which will come in handy to them when football returns to the field under a new normal.” (EKA)
