Jack Animam continued her dominant showing in the 2021-22 First Basketball League of Serbia, but her Radnicki Kragujevac side still suffered a 63-86 beatdown at the hands of Kraljevo at the Kraljevo Sports Hall on Sunday (17 October, Manila time).

The Gilas Pilipinas Women stalwart once again delivered a herculean effort as she tallied a double-double performance of 25 points and 19 rebounds in a lost cause for Radnicki, which fell to a two-game slump for a 1-2 win-loss record.

Animam found her prolific form out of the opening, but Kraljevo unloaded a balanced scoring thrust that gave them a 31-16 cushion at the end of the first period.

That double-digit lead proved to be insurmountable the rest of the way, as Radnicki struggled to crank up its offensive machine, with only Animam and Marijana Stojanovic shouldering most of the load.

It also did not help Kragujevac's cause that their Filipina reinforcement had to deal with foul trouble throughout the game, and fouled out at the 3:55 mark of the fourth quarter.

Milica Mitrovic paced the winning side with her all-around brilliance as she finished with 18 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.

Marija Todorovic made her presence felt from deep with four triples to wind up with 16 points, while Andela Radovic and Dragana Gobeljic supplemented 14 points apiece.

Another stellar all-around effort came from the side of Kraljevo as Aleksandra Racic flirted with a triple-double of 13 points, 14 boards, eight dimes, and six steals.

For her part, Stojanovic emerged as the only other double-digit scorer for Radnicki as she helped Animam with her 15-point, five-rebound output in the crushing loss.

Animam and Radnicki shall face Duga Sabac on Saturday in a bid to end their two-game losing slump.
