Behind the brilliance of Bobby Ray Parks, the Nagoya Diamond Dolphins dispatched the Sea Horses Mikawa with a dominant 101-75 beatdown in the 2021-22 Japan B. League at the Wing Arena Kariya on Sunday (14 November).

The Filipino reinforcement orchestrated the drubbing of the Sea Horses, delivering 23 points, seven rebounds and two assists for the Diamond Dolphins, who rose to an 8-6 win-loss record.

Jolted to their senses following a 79-91 loss to Mikawa on Saturday, Nagoya showcased renewed vigor and unloaded a 13-0 scoring spree out of the opening, setting the tone for the wire-to-wire triumph.

Scott Eatherton also carried the bulk of production for the winning side as he churned out a double-double line of 21 points and 14 rebounds, Tenketsu Harimoto chipped in 15 points and four boards in the contest.

The Sea Horses, on the other hand, could not sustain winning momentum from the game prior to fall to a 9-5 slate.

Jarred Uthoff put up a game-high 24-point output, to go with eight rebounds, two assists and two steals in the crushing loss, while Yudai Nishida and Ryogo Sumino managed 13 and 11 points, respectively.

Parks and the Diamond Dolphins will aim to build on this win and string up another win streak when they collide with the Shimane Susanoo Magic on 4 December.
