Protesters Carry Away Man After Reports of Deaths and Injuries in Gaza Protest

At least four people were killed and dozens injured in Gaza and the West Bank on December 15 as Palestinian protests continued, the Palestinian Health Ministry reported. Two of the deaths were reported at the Gaza border near Nahal Oz in Israel.

Protests have continued for more than a week in response to the US administration’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli capital.

This video shows a protest near the Israeli settlement of Nahal Oz, with protesters gathered on the Gaza side of the border fence near military fortifications. A group of protesters can be seen carrying a man away on a stretcher.

The protest point near Nahal Oz was reportedly the site of two of the deaths on December 15. The Jerusalem Post reported one of the dead was a wheelchair user. Credit: YouTube/Watania News Agency via Storyful
