AT LEAST P3.4 million worth of illegal drugs was seized from a 38-year-old suspected drug pusher in Barangay Looc, Mandaue City on Saturday night, April 23, 2022.

Operatives of the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) arrested Harrison Rabor Ybañez, 38, a resident of A. Lopez St., Cebu City.

Lt Col. Franco Rudolf Oriol, head of MCPO’s Intelligence Branch, said they recovered 500 kilograms of suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia from Ybañez.

According to Oriol, Ybañez had been identified by their operatives as one of the city’s big-time drug dealers before the arrest was made.

Ybañez has been tagged as a “high value drug target” as he reportedly can dispose of at least a kilo or more of shabu within a week.

Ybañez reportedly conducted his illegal activities in the highly urbanized cities of Mandaue, Cebu and Lapu-Lapu.

Ybañez has been charged for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 for possession and selling of illegal drugs.
