Only 4% of UK women feel beautiful - we’re going to change that. Join Cosmopolitan's inspirational panel at our virtual event on 15 & 16 May as we aim to boost your confidence from within and help you feel amazing from the inside out this summer and beyond.

Project Body Love has been designed to help you improve your relationship with your body, with phase one of the movement seeing an uplift of 37% in the number of women with high body confidence. We want to make that even higher.

We know that body confidence is a personal journey impacted by a whole life’s worth of experiences and we have partnered with Philips, who celebrate and embrace the diversity of women and their personal beauty routines at home. Removing hair is a personal choice and they want to encourage women to do what feels right for them and inspire others to do the same by creating an open, honest and safe environment for these conversations to take place.

Leading our Cosmopolitan sessions is Amy Grier, an award-winning journalist and Executive Editor with 13 years' experience in the industry, joined by Callie Thorpe, a positive body image advocate and digital creator, whose work is focused on fighting for better representation of plus-size women in the media, and Dr Samantha Rennalls, a Clinical Psychologist and Partner at ABODE Therapy, who works with people facing experiences such as anxiety, low mood, trauma and long-term physical health conditions.
