RCBC eyes over 200 digital branches in 2021

YUCHENGCO-LED Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) is eyeing to expand its network of digital branches to more than 200 this year, accelerating its efforts to provide easier, efficient and faster banking transactions.

Raul Martin Uson, segment head of RCBC Branch Services, said the bank will roll out more automated banking transactions which include requests for bank certificates and ATM card replacements, as well as domestic and foreign telegraphic transfers.

RCBC’s Branch of Today (BOT), the bank’s digital branch, employs robotic process automation and application program interface that enable self-service and automated banking transactions. (PR)
