Ronda Rousey is showing off her post-baby body — and fans are applauding her for "bouncing back" so quickly.
The former UFC star, 34, and her husband, Travis Browne, welcomed their first child, La'akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne, on Sept. 27.
On Tuesday, Rousey took to Instagram to share two photos of her abdomen with her more than 14 million followers.
"Ten days postpartum," she wrote. "My mom, @annmaria7gen went back to training 6 days after having my sister, Maria who then made weight and won the judo US Open 6 weeks later. When she was pregnant with me, she only gained 12 pounds, and I was an 8 lb baby! I’ve decided to let her keep those records."
"My body seems to be recovering faster than I hoped," she continued, "but I won’t really know if Pō tossed a grenade on the way out 'til my six-week checkup."
"Since breaking both my hands and getting pregnant it feels like I lost a lifetime of muscle - it’s easy to get discouraged over all that lost progress - but if anything I’m looking forward to getting cleared to train again even more," Rousey went on. "This is an opportunity to start over and mold my body into its next phase."
"#BaddestMomOnThePlanet #ThisIsntEvenMyFinalForm (and yes, that is a maternity bra and I did crop out the ice pack in my underwear," she concluded.
Fans flocked to Rousey's post, applauding her for her body's rapid "bounce-back."
"Lord! What kind of postpartum tea are you drinking?" one Instagram user asked. "I still looked like a water buffalo until about 4 weeks."
"Wow, you are recovering very quickly," someone else wrote.
"This is an impossible bounce-back! The female body is so powerful. It created a whole other human being, and 10 days later she's looking practically back to normal. In fact, this is my normal after a big dinner," added another.
One person pointed out that Rousey's recovery was expected because she was already in such great shape before having a baby.
"She looks amazing! But to be fair, she was already in amazing shape before giving birth," they wrote.
"Momma beast! Four years later and I still have my baby weight and some extra. But you’re goals!" another person commented.
In July, Rousey shared her excitement leading up to her daughter's arrival. "I cannot wait to meet this baby-to see what she's like, how's she's uniquely her, how she's like me and her dad. I'm dying to see the colour of her eyes," she penned. "What's her laugh gonna sound like? When she clears her throat is she gonna do it [the] same way I and my mom do?"
