On Tuesday, the "ET Canada" host took to Instagram to share a video demonstrating a difficult fitness challenge for her more than 144,000 followers. In the clip, Patel hangs by her arms on a Smith machine before completing a set of core-quaking leg raises inside her recently-built home gym.
During her workout, Patel wore her hair in a loose messy bun, while sporting a black Project Rock training bra and black shorts. She also paired the look with white and orange running shoes.
"Ten, nine, eight, done! I did this core workout five times in a row," she captioned her post. "Nope, I did not enjoy it, but my abs were sore the next day. Adding it to my core workout. I will be cursing a lot!"
Fans met Patel's video with praise for her impressive strength.
"I am tired just looking at you exercise," one fan joked, while another wrote, "This is crazy. You're strong af! Seriously, good for you. I could never. I'm sweating just watching this."
"You make it look so easy! #Goals," someone else chimed in.
One Instagram user commented: "Omg, abs! Very inspiring."
"Strong mama!" added another.
"Wow, you're a beast!" another fan penned, along with a heart emoji.
This isn't the first time Patel has wowed fans with her superhero strength. In September, fans applauded Patel for not only nailing another fitness challenge but for doing it in high heels and a gown on the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival red carpet.
"Well, I haven't been to the gym all week — eating burgers and fries and lacking on my water intake. My body is like, 'Yo, whatcha doing?'" Patel captioned a clip of herself wearing a stunning, vibrant sleeveless red gown and black open-toe high heels. "But you know me — I'll find a way to get a good challenge in, in heels, in a dress, on the red carpet."
In the comments, fans showed their excitement for Patel's impressive power.
"Love how you are doing this on the red carpet in heels," one person commented. "Slay, girl!"
"You are fearless to do that in heels! Well done," added another.
One fan echoed: "In heels — now that's amazing!"
"D—n. I can't even do it in shorts and bare feet. Imagine in heels," commented another. "You go, girl."
