Sasha Exeter is showing off her "amazing" strength.

Over the weekend, the Canadian influencer took to Instagram to give her 158,000 followers a glimpse of her workout routine.

In the post, the 42-year-old shared a series of videos of her back workout led by trainer Valerie Ratelle. The mother-of-one showed off her toned back and arms while performing a series of exercises on machines in a gym.

To break a sweat, Exeter rocked grey leggings and a matching sports bra. She added a white cap, an exercise watch, and let her long, dark hair fall past her shoulders.

"Your reminder to never skip back day!" she began in the caption.

The influencer went on to explain that "training back is hard" because it's not a part of the body we see on a daily basis.

"Most of us have a tendency to focus on training the muscles we can see like abs, shoulders and legs, often neglecting our posterior muscles. I get it, because how often do we actually see our own backs," she said.

Exeter added that this workout "was all about form" and reminded fans of the importance of technique.

"Focusing on disengaging the shoulders, pressing through the feet, keeping the chest up and the range of motion to keep a lot of the focus on my lats. It’s wild how small technique changes can make a huge difference," she concluded.

In the comments, fans went crazy over her muscles, calling them "goals."

Yes, all about focusing on the muscle squeeze," commented a follower.

"Dang mama — you are looking top athletic form. Those arms are my goals!" shared someone else.

"Back goals!" added another. "This is amazing!"

"You're so strong and looking super fit, like wow!" wrote a fan.

While Exeter is often putting in work at the gym, she's also busy designing athleticwear.

Earlier this month, the influencer released her latest athleisure collection with Joe Fresh.

The inclusive capsule comes in sizes XS-3X and is available both in-stores and online.

Dubbed "All The Right Moves," the clothing line is aimed at helping people to feel good and get moving.

"I really wanted to give my audience a collection that could be worn to and from a studio and could also easily transition to streetwear," Exeter said in a press release. "As my brand continues to evolve it has been great to work alongside Joe Fresh to give my community a more elevated collection ... These are pieces I would wear in my everyday life, and I hope everyone loves them as much as I do."
