Footage shows chaotic scenes at a public market as shoppers ignore social distancing measures despite the spike in COVID-19 cases in the Philippines.
Ivan Carlos Harold Jenayon said he is starting to worry since the bustling market is near his apartment in Caloocan City.
He took the video on July 22 but said that this has been the situation at the market every morning.
He said: "I even saw some who did not wear mask on top of not following proper social distancing rules."
In the video, market-goers flock in front of fish and meat stall vendors without a few meter distance between them.
