The Israeli military said it struck targets in Gaza overnight, in what it described as retaliation for balloons carrying explosives that were released from the territory and caused fires in Israel on June 15.The strikes marked the first in the Palestinian enclave since a May ceasefire ended an 11-day period of hostilities between Israel and Hamas. Israeli strikes left at least 250 dead in Gaza, according to health officials, while at least 12 Israelis died under a hail of rockets fired by militants. The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal ruling reverses a lower court ruling that sided with three people from American Samoa who live in Utah and sued to be recognized as citizens. The judge ruled the Utah residents are entitled to birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment.

Krafton said in a regulatory filing it expected to offer 10 million shares, including 7 million new shares and 3 million existing shares, at an indicative range of 458,000-557,000 won per share.
