The Suites at Gorordo: The future of affordable, high-end living in Cebu City

WORLDWIDE Central Properties Inc. (WCPI), in partnership with The Ascott Limited, a Singapore-based, multi-awarded global leader in hospitality services and property management, is entrusting Cebu City with its latest project, The Suites at Gorordo (T-SAG).

WCPI hosted a media roundtable event on June 16, 2022 to entertain questions about its latest development and showcase the awards T-SAG received during the ninth PropertyGuru Philippine Property Awards 2021.

The award-winning project won ‘Best High Rise Condo Development (Philippines)’, ‘Best High End Condo Development (Metro Cebu),’ ‘Best Mixed Use Architectural Design,’ and was highly commended for being the ‘Best Mixed Use Development.’

T-SAG is an upcoming mixed-use tower inspired by New York’s Flatiron building. The property stands at the corner of Archbishop Reyes Avenue and Gorordo Avenue, making it a perfect spot for clients who want to be close to the thrumming heart of Cebu.

The residential condo units start at the 20th floor and continue until the 31st floor. Medium-density floors with one-bedroom and two-bedroom units have between 17 to 18 units per floor while the low-density floors containing mostly three-bedroom units have about 9 to 11 units each floor.

Each suite has a floor-to-ceiling height of three meters, or approximately 9.8 feet to encourage cross-ventilation. The units are also lined with double-glazed glass to reduce exposure to harmful UV rays. Other environmentally sustainable features include LED lights, infusion of natural lighting, and engineered wood flooring.

Unit sizes vary between 32 square meters to 100 square meters, ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units, and pricing starts at 7M pesos and goes as high as 22.4M pesos.

According to the WCPI team, the pricing for T-SAG’s condo units cost approximately 25 percent less than other high-end condo units found in the market, factoring in unit size, location, and amenities offered.

The Suites at Gorordo is estimated to be completed by the third quarter of 2023, and has already pre-sold 70 percent of its units.
