FOR the first time, bai Hotel Cebu is joining the 2022 Cebu Food and Wine Festival.

As part of the festival's series of activities, bai Hotel Cebu is offering a seven-course menu with a vertical wine pairing through its premiere restaurant, Marble + Grain Steakhouse.

Diners are in for an exclusive food and wine pairing that will take place on Friday, June 24, 2022, at Marble + Grain Steakhouse from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The food and wine pairing is priced at P3,888 per person.

Guests can savor a fine selection of exceptional wines best paired with the culinary gems from the kitchen of bai Hotel’s high-profiled culinary chefs—chef Coke Semblante and chef John Datan. An exquisite seven-course dinner carefully matched with a delightful wine tasting experience awaits all the guests. Specialties include Grass-fed Aged Beef Tenderloin paired with Cabernet Sauvignon, and more of Marble + Grain’s limited specials.

Indulge in the dishes specially curated by talented culinary gems. Chef Coke Semblante and chef John Datan curated a special menu for the night. Chef Coke Semblante won gold in the recently concluded World Association of Master Chefs, and Chef John Datan, a well-rounded chef who has worked at both local and international establishments. Their masterful skills are sure to bring flavors to the palate.
