Imagery analyzed by scientists also showed that 2,143 buildings had been destroyed by volcanic activity.Some 7,000 people have been forced to leave their homes since the start of eruptions on September 19. A declaration of persona non grata against a diplomat usually means that the individual is banned from remaining in their host country.
