THE TNT Tropang Giga got back on the winning track with a convincing 112-87 victory over the NorthPort Batang Pier in the PBA Philippine Cup on Tuesday, November 3, at the AUF Sports Arena and Cultural Center in Pampanga.

Seemingly still seething from their 98-109 loss to NLEX last week, which happened to be their first loss of the season, TNT came out of the game firing on all cylinders and led 30-13 after the first 12 minutes of action.

TNT didn’t let up as they boosted their lead to a high of 36 before cruising to the win — their sixth in seven games.

The Tropang Giga got a double-double performance from Bobby Ray Parks who had 22 points and 10 rebounds, while Cebuano ace Roger Pogoy chipped in 15 points and five assists. Troy Rosario also finished with a double-double, scoring 14 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

NorthPort fell to 1-5 (win-loss) as it once again missed the services to do-it-all star Sean Anthony, who remained out because of a hamstring injury. (JNP)
