Tracy Moore isn't letting other people's opinions get to her.

Over the weekend, the 47-year-old took to Instagram to share a candid video that showed examples of "things people have said" to Moore when they meet her in person.

In the clip, the "Cityline" host danced in her bedroom in a pair of bike shorts and a navy T-shirt by Us Too. She styled her brunette locks in bouncy curls which she paired with winged eyeliner and ultra-long lashes.

On the screen, Moore typed "things people have said to [her] in real life" to demonstrate some of the harsh or interesting comments she gets on a regular basis.

"Woah the TV really does add 20 pounds! I thought you’d be taller. I thought you’d be shorter. (Out of nowhere) I have a great doctor who can remove your moles. You used to be so tiny. I’ve been watching you since the weather (I never did the weather). (Shoves phone in my face) Look at my bi-racial grand baby, baby, sister, cousin, husband…they look just like you!" were the phrases she shared.

In the caption, the Richmond Hill, Ont.-native revealed that although she receives comments like these, she still loves her fans.

"And also, 'we’re longtime fans! We love you Stacy!' Um…I’m TRACY. But I still love y’all," the mother-of-two wrote alongside a laughing emoji.

Fans were quick to support Moore and express their anger at the "crazy" comments.

"Girl this is absolutely crazy! I cannot believe people actually say stuff like this to you!" wrote a follower.

"I imagine it doesn’t get any easier but you handle it with grace and humour!" shared someone else.

"The last one is the best! I love how you consistently keep it real!" penned a fan alongside two red heart emojis.

"People say the darnedest things…good thing you pay them no mind," added another. "You are beautiful just the way you are!"

Moore is known for sharing content on social media that combats online haters and shows fans the "real" side of motherhood, aging and fitness.

Last week, she shared an Instagram video alongside an honest message about perimenopause with her 149,000 followers.

In the video, Moore fanned herself with a pink hand fan to relieve her "hot flashes." The television host let out a deep breath and stared at the camera to express her annoyance with the flashes.

In the caption, she wrote about wanting to eliminate the stigma surrounding perimenopause.

"Not putting this here because I’m looking for perimenopause advice. I’m surrounded by smart women advisors and I’m working on it. I’m posting this to normalize it," Moore penned. "About to be as loud about this period (haha period) in my life as I am about all my other life stages. The more loudly we speak…the more normal it becomes. Now watch out because I’m about to take my top off."
