THE Tangil Port in Dumanjug town, Cebu has resumed its operations on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. This reopens the gateway for travel from Dumanjug to Bulado Port in Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.
Reopening the Tangil-Bulado ports follows the mandate of Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia who has pushed for ease in travel restrictions.
Trips from Tangil Port are scheduled at 4 a.m., 9 a.m., and 1 p.m. and from Bulado Port at 7 a.m., 11 a.m., and 3 p.m.
Fares cost P180 for regular passengers, P144 for senior citizens and students, and P90 for children age zero to 11 years old.
The local government of Dumanjug urged all passengers from Guihulngan City to wear their face masks at all times and show valid IDs. Tourists must show their travel passes.
Authorized persons outside of residence or Apor must present valid IDs.
All passengers will undergo a temperature check and fill up a health declaration form. (ANV/With NRC)
