BE turns over campaign proceeds to Eruf

IN THE spirit of the holidays, the BE Group of Companies launched “BE Grateful: A Time To Give Back,” a Christmas campaign that aims to give back to the local community.

This year, the company opted for a fundraiser instead of the usual tree lighting.

The sole beneficiary of the campaign is the Emergency Rescue Unit Foundation (Eruf) that has been tirelessly responding to emergencies in Cebu for more than three decades now.

On Dec. 10, 2020, the BE Group, represented by president Grand Benedicto and chief operating officer Nova Noval, formally turned over all of the proceeds from the campaign to Eruf during an intimate gathering.

The campaign was rolled out through a roulette game set up in key properties of the BE Group in Cebu in a span of two weeks.

Partners, tenants and unit owners were able to purchase tickets and have a try at the roulette for a chance to win BE merchandise and dining credits at Salt Restaurant and Bar in BE Mactan.

Key partners such as CNS Infotech International Inc., Northern Lights Technology Development, Nerubia Web Solutions Inc. and JFB Marketing Solutions Inc. also made generous donations to the fundraiser. / CHRISTIAN B. QUILO
