Coast Guard Rescues 2 Boaters, Dog Stranded in the Path of Hurricane Irma

The US Coast Guard rescued two boaters and a dog who were stranded in the path of Hurricane Irma off the coast of Apalachicola, Florida, on September 10.

According to the US Coast Guard, the boaters were en route to Mississippi to avoid Hurricane Irma.
