Fire at Chemical Plant Near Houston Extinguished After Burning for Three Days

A fire at a chemical plant near Houston was extinguished on March 20 after burning for three days, the Deer Park Emergency Services said.

The fire caused a large plume of dark smoke to appear over Houston, local media reported.
