'Huge Hail' Falls Over Colorado's Frederick as Storms Take Hold

One truck driver became concerned in her vehicle on the night of Tuesday, August 13, when “huge hail” started to hammer down during a storm in Frederick, Colorado, with The National Weather Service predicting hail up to two inches wide for the area.

Brittney Richardson has been driving a semi-truck around the US for seven years, documenting her travels on her Facebook page.

She filmed the storm on August 13 from her truck cabin, saying she feared the truck would be “totaled” by the large hail.

Brittany told Storyful the experience was “absolutely terrifying.”
