Hurricane Jose's Waves Erode Outer Banks Beaches

Churning some 230 miles off the coast, Hurricane Jose took a toll on the beaches of North Carolina’s Outer Banks on Tuesday, September 19. In this video, rough surf eroded a small dune along NC-12 in Kitty Hawk, dangerously close to the road itself.
