Rapper YG Dedicates Debut Coachella Set to Nispey Hussle

Rapper YG dedicated his first-ever Coachella performance on Sunday, April 14, to Nipsey Hussle.

YG, 29, performed in front of photos of the Grammy-nominated rapper and dedicated a moment of silence to him.

“We lost one of the greats. A legend. Black Jesus – yeah, I said it,” said YG. “I’m going to dedicate this whole motherf***ing show to my Nipsey Hussle.”

YG was an honorary pallbearer at Hussle’s funeral at the Staples Center on April 11, and said during a tribute to Hussle that he was like a brother to him. Credit: Eric Diep via Storyful
