San Juan’s roads remained flooded on September 22, two days after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico, killing at least 18 people, submerging streets and knocking out electricity in some areas for an estimated four to six months.

This footage shows a glimpse of the flooded areas in San Juan.

President Trump issued a disaster declaration for Puerto Rico, and ordered federal assistance and funding for several municipalities.
