Wildfire Forces Evacuations Near Cripple Creek, Colorado

The High Park Fire grew to over 800 acres in Teller County, Colorado, on Friday, May 13, having forced the evacuation of 140 people the day prior.

The Teller County Sheriff’s Office reported the fire was at 873 acres with zero percent containment as of Friday afternoon.
