New York Parade Honors 9/11 Victims on Anniversary of Terrorist Attacks

A parade was held in New York City, on September 11, to mark the anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks on the city’s World Trade Center Twin Towers.

The parade was just one of many memorial services held in New York, the US, and globally, to commemorate the 2,977 people that died as a result of the attacks. The services also honored first responders and survivors. Credit: @sherylhoffman18 via Storyful
