Indonesia loosens Covid-19 restrictions on small businesses including small shops, streetside restaurants and traditional markets in the capital Jakarta, one of the country's worst-hit areas. Consumers can now dine in at restaurants which were previously only allowed to serve take away orders, and restaurant owners are hopeful that it will increase income, which has decreased under the pandemic.
