A motorcyclist has been left injured after an attempted wheelie resulted in a shocking crash with a quad bike.
The motorcyclist had been in a 500-strong bike convoy in Nashville, Tennessee, when the incident happened.
In the footage, 18-year old Brett Sewell can be seen just in front of the rider who had a helmet camera fitted.
All of a sudden, he rapidly accelerates to attempt a wheelie. Unfortunately, a quad bike just in front of him decided to move into his lane, leaving him no choice but to crash into the quad.
Sewell ended up flying 10-feet into the air before violently falling and hitting the tarmac.
His friend, Brandon Reddy, admitted that Sewell is lucky to be alive.
"I thought he was done, I thought he was dead. It was terrifying," he said.
The motorcyclist ended up in hospital suffering from two broken ankles, two broken feet, a broken kneecap and a sprained neck.
On social media Sewell said: "To be honest, I don't really want to ride my bike at the moment. I'm not even thinking about riding it. It was really scary."
