Yahoo Sports' Scott Pianowski explains why the Washington wide receiver is a viable option against the Eagles this week.

SCOTT PIANOWSKI: So maybe you didn't get Deebo Samuel this year. Price went up, his ADP got expensive. Your arbitrage Samuel is Curtis Samuel. He's doing some really good things in Washington. He's healthy again. Offensive coordinator Scott Turner is having a ball with Samuel, putting him all over the formation. Sometimes they hand the ball off to him. He's been productive through two weeks, 15 for 133 and two. He's had five carries, and Washington can't really stop anybody. This is a team that has carnival potential. I think they're going to have to throw the ball a lot to try to keep up with Philadelphia this week. Curtis Samuel, if you added him off waivers, maybe you can still do it in some shallow leagues, I think you put him right in your starting lineup. On some teams, he can be a wide receiver three. In deeper leagues, he might even be a wide receiver two in a Washington passing game that's been more fun than expected.
