Writing workshop for children, adults now open

A writing workshop for children and young adults will be held starting April 15 at the Tower Book House at Windsor Tower, 163 Legaspi St, Legaspi Village in Makati.

The workshop for adults will tackle topics that include a review of grammar and writing styles, qualities of good effective writing, essay writing, report writing, journalism, feature writing, review writing, interview writing, and short story writing. The workshop for children, on the other hand, is less rigorous in terms of content. Slots are limited per category.

The eight-session workshops shall be held on weekdays in the mornings and afternoons. Facilitators of the workshops are some of the country's established writers and book authors. For details, call 815-4938 or email chitdelatorre@yahoo.com.
